Stefan Lamour-Jansson – Executive Officer

Stefan Lamour-Jansson - Executive OfficerStefan has over 15 years’ experience working in the recreation and leisure industry, with over 10 of those years in management roles with responsibility for some of the largest facilities in the country. He started out his career as a swimming teacher and has been involved in teaching children of all ages in a range of different sports. Stefan is an ex-student of the Brigade, and is committed to ensuring the continued future success and stability of the centre for generations of children and youth of the area.

Andrea Molloy – Finance & Administration Officer

Andrea Molloy - Administrative OfficerAndrea has spent many years in Banking and Finance, also helping to develop computer systems for the banking industry, and began working with the Brigade in 2004 on a part time basis as the Administration Officer. Andrea enjoys the variety and challenges that working for a small charity can bring; and is constantly looking at ways the expenditure and procedures can be reduced.

Tracy Clifton – Programs Manager

Tracy Clifton- Programs ManagerTracy has worked in the sector for 18 years and holds a Diploma of Youth Work and Bachelor of Social Work. Starting at The Girls & Boys Brigade in 2004, Tracy’s desire to see young people have equal access to opportunities has been a large part of her focus, and her current role as Programs Manager builds on the deep connections with families that she has developed.
A local herself, Tracy enjoys seeing the progression of our children and youth as they become valuable and productive members of their community.

Andy Harnett – Program Coordinator

Andy trained in the sport and leisure sector in the UK and began working with children and youth in a multitude of schools and sports programs. After emigrating to Australia he worked for several schools and charities including The Smith Family. It was his role with The Smith Family that brought him to the doors of the Brigade in 2006. Andy worked for 5 years running educational and holiday programs for the children and youth of Surry Hills, before returning to the UK. On returning in 2017 with more than 20 years’ experience of working with children and youth Andy returned to the Brigade as Program Coordinator.

Salote Tamata – Program Coordinator

Salote Tamata - Program Coordinator

Salote is one of the Program Coordinators at the GBB. She has been involved with the organisation in various roles since 2012. She began as a volunteer in the Homework room, then became a casual educator in the Vacation Care program, until finally landing her current full-time role. A former primary school teacher, Salote has tried to bring parts of her education background in planning a vacation care program that meets a range of educational and recreational outcomes. Her passion for the environment has also seen her become the (self-appointed) Sustainability Officer at the GBB.

Bill Porter – Youth Support Officer

Bill Porter- Youth Support Officer

Bill has been working in the youth sector for 3 years and is currently studying towards his Diploma in Youth Work. He has been working for The Girls & Boys Brigade as a casual for 2 years before coming on board as our Youth Support Officer in 2019. Bill is keen to encourage young people to work on their fitness and nutrition, and loves using his interest in Art, Graphic design & Sports to inspire young people to find their drive and passion.

Roslyn Miller – Fundraising Manager

Roslyn Miller- Fundraising Manager

Roslyn has been involved in the not for profit sector for nearly 20 years.  Originally employed as a Sales Manager in the Technology Sector, Roslyn wanted to use those skills to raise funds to benefit charities.  She was worked or been involved with a large number of charities, both big and small, including Cancer Council NSW, The Mirabel Foundation, & Asthma Foundation Victoria.  Roslyn’s passion is philanthropy and how we can all be involved.

Emma Stubley – Fundraising Coordinator

Emma Stubley- Fundraising Coordinator

Emma is the Fundraising Coordinator at The Girls & Boys Brigade. She has a background in corporate events, putting large scale conferences together. She believes we are never too old to stop learning and has a passion for creativity and innovation.
